INFOGATE leverages on the open source technology. It consists of a solution stack known as LAMP which can be referred below:

  • Linux, the operating system,
  • Apache, the Web server,
  • MySQL, the database management system (or database server)*;
  • PHP, the programming language based on Kohana framework

The combination of these technologies is used primarily to define a web server infrastructure, define a programming paradigm of developing software, and establish a software distribution package. The database however can be upgraded to other relational database namely MS SQL, Postgres and Oracle.
